The Support/Finance office is located in the Howard County Court House, Room 116.                   The Howard County Clerk’s Office is responsible for the collection of child support                 payments ordered through the Courts.

It is very important that the Support office has your correct name, current address                           and social security number so that we may properly receive child support payments                         and to properly disburse them to the recipient. ANNUAL DOCKET FEE

Under Indiana Law (IC 33-19-6-5), the payor is required to remit an annual                              docket fee of $55 to the Clerk before February 1st of each year.

PAYMENT HISTORY

Only parties involved in a case may receive copies of Support Payment History.                                 If you would like a copy of your payment history, contact the Support/Finance                             Office (456-2004) and request a copy. You will be required to show picture I.D.                         when you come into the office to pick up your copy. NOTICE: The clerk’s office                        verifies only the correctness of the payment record on your print out and does                                  not verify the correctness of the arrearage figures.
